While killing a little time yesterday, I took a moment to stop in on a few
thrift stores that have offered up some pretty sweet vintage macs in the
past. This time, there was a PowerMac 6400/180 tower, a Centris 610CD,
and... a MacIIfx. I grabbed the IIfx and paid the $3.00 asking price (!),
and scurried home with it. Whoah nellie! 131 mgs RAM, Sledgehammer SCSI
card, dual floppies, and a 1 gig HDD packed to the gunnles with graphics
applications! So, long story short, I'm keeping this one and letting go of
my other one. You want it, you can have it for the cost of shipping.
20 mgs RAM, 160 HDD, single foppy. LMK
