I'm staring at a IICI motherboard from 1999, 0820-0242-A. The D-sub connectors are in 
my navel and the battery - er Lithium cell - is at the far left end. It's a snap in 
job 3.6 volts. You need to pry off the plastic cover to change it. Just be careful 
with a small screwdriver at each end near the 15 pin test connector etched into the PC 
board..

There is a soldered-in aluminum electrolytic capacitor at the lower right which you 
don't want to mess with.
