This is one of those HIGHLY ANNOYING installers that will only run from a real floppy disk. (Defeating the purpose of disk images as a "stand-in" for real disks.) Simply mount the image file on the desktop, slap in a floppy disk, rename it to the same as the mounted disk image then copy everything from the image to the real disk.
