Trash empty? Try doing a desktop rebuild. You'll probably have to make a bootable System 7 floppy with the free version of TechTool to rebuild it.
TechTool just deletes the desktop database then the System forces a reboot and rebuilds the desktop info. TechTool allows you to save file comments but you most likely won't be able to since the disk is 100% full. Hmmm, before you use TechTool to rebuild the desktop, use Disk First Aid on a bootable floppy to check/repair the hard drive. That may free some space by cleaning up bad info on files that don't exist anymore. Then do a desktop rebuild. TechTool is better for it than using the built in option because it can save file comments, if you have any. ===== It will be total Fandemonium, Summer 2005!
