Hey there,

Actually, if he is using TransMac to get the files from his PC to his Mac,
TransMac has a built-in BinHex and MacBinary decoder that will convert any
.HQX or MacBinary file copied onto a Macintosh disk automatically.

Therefor, if someone can provide him with a BinHex-ed copy of StuffIt
Expander, he can copy it to his Mac disk using TransMac and it will be
decoded in the process so when he copies it to his LC, he is all set to go.
