As for the question, it depends on the computing load.

The original [EMAIL PROTECTED] client for PPC could just
barely
process a unit in the alotted time on a 60Mhz 601 CPU.
Likewise for a 60Mhz Pentium. There were teams running
the client only on 60/66Mhz 601's or 60/66Mhz
Pentiums.
Team 6100 had racks of PowerMac 6100 systems running
it.

For 68k or pre-Pentium x86 systems, no way, nuh-uh.
They do not have the computing power to keep up with
the processing of the data.

It will be total Fandemonium!
