Hi Thomas,
I have a Brainstorm adapter in my Macintosh SE that I bought complete
in box with manual.
I believe there are instructions in it for installing in the Plus as
well as the SE.
E-mail me offlist if you're interested and I will see what I can do
about getting you some digitized images of the manual pages relevant.
