Ron,
 An "SOB" is "some other brand", IE: anything that isn't an AirStream.

If you have tandem axles, there's a clamping device that goes between
the 2 tires to lock them from turning. It's meant to be used instead of
chocks, and works very well indeed. They sell for a bit over $60.00/each
(P.C. price) and have facilities for padlocking, preventing theft of the
trailer.

Like all other theft-preventative measures, these aren't foolproof
either. The idea is to make it a bit more difficult so the would-be
thief goes elsewhere.
