If you are talking about a tool to cut and trim aluminum I recommend you 
look at a Dremel Tool (also at Sears by different name but same mfg).  I 
have used it to cut larger vent openings, openings for frigeration vents 
and other stuff and it works just great. Use the emory type cutting discs 
on aluminum.  Plus it is usful for all kinds of other do it yourself 
stuff.  A $100.00 or less gets you good setup.
