That isn't a bargain price, but it isn't too bad- it is pretty much list.

That should be the only hook ups- plus a "chassis ground" wire that is
probably on your Univolt- a large bare wire running to an external lug. If
it isn't there, it is easily added.
If your Univolt was under the kitchen sink, you might try mounting the new
converter on the wall- the only reason being that a vertical mounting will
aid in convection cooling, making the fan come on less (though it isn't
loud at all).
