Randy, you must be reading my mind! The hookups, being inside, would be
protected from the worst of the weather, and there would be a greenhouse,
solar space to get some sunshine in the winter. I had not planned on a
fireplace but that is a good idea. My thinking was that a bigger Airstream
could be the living area. The expensive part of building a house is the
kitchen/bathroom so I'd get the plushest one I could afford for that part.
The Globetrotter would be kept near the door so it could be pulled out at any
time for a trip. This one could be used for guest room and there would be
another as a studio, perhaps one that had been pretty well trashed could be
made do here.maybe even an SOB?) Maybe hanger type doors on the steel
building so they could be kept open in nice weather for the breeze and fresh
air? Maybe a crows nest up top? workshop on the other side? I have been
thinking about this to the point that I am going to look at steel buildings
this weekend.
