Terry...in thinking about it, I guess it wasn't that you couldn't run them 
while traveling, but maybe that you shouldn't?  A combination of the idea 
that ammonia refrigerators shouldn't be run off level and the possibility 
that the air flow would mess up the burner flame.  But obviously you've had 
success.  Maybe they only have to be level on the average...it does seem that 
I've read something like that in the past.  So I guess it's an old 
Airstreamer's tale.  Thanks for the info.
