answer to your question is yes. but would not function as you require it to. 
why not install 61 and older ebrake cable ebrake pieces that have a zerk 
fitting so you can grease the stock cables? a line lock works by pushing the 
brake pedal down and engaging an electric micro switch to lock the front or 
rear brake hydrualic system for either front or rear brakes until the switch 
is released which lets brake fluid return to resivor.
