Volks, Driving on the right with a LHD car -- or on the left with a RHD car -- one can always adapt to. No big deal, just learning some new moves.
I once drove my German (i.e., LHD) beetle for a couple of weeks in Sweden -- back before they became the last European country to change over to right-side traffic! They had been building cars with LHD for years in anticipation of the changeover. Imagine: you are tooling along in the left lane and come up behind a big, slow bus or truck. In order to see around to pass, you need to move 'way, 'way out to the right. Imagine your surprise if there IS something coming at you -- head-on! It's why such a high percentage of wrecks that occurred there were fatal! It's also why it's really dangerous to "mix" cars into traffic they weren't designed for. Ask any Post Office truck driver hereabouts! (Of course, they rarely pass anything.)
