Bill: I called the shop and they said, "If we honed them, they are good enough." Also, this shop is an hour's drive from me. So this is a dead end.
I just now searched the web for cylinder honing. I found lots of comments that say honing at home is never a substitute for machine honing. So I won't be attempting the job myself. >I can't afford the $180 for new Ps & Cs, so I plan to use mine and hope.
