I replaced the framehead on my '70 standars a few years ago. I could be wrong, but I don't think they sell just the bottom plate. I had to buy the whole assembly. That meant I had to cut the old one off at the tunnel and weld a new one in. i did it body-on ( a real bastard), but body-off it would be a piece of cake. I could be wrong about the bottom plate, but even so, it would be a lot of work to cut the old one off and weld a new one in. i'd be glad to tell more of my experience if you'd like.
