I have the new bottom plate(they are readily available) and the pan is sitting against the wall of my garage, so I am looking right at the bottom plate.

That meant I had to cut the old one off at the tunnel and weld a new one in. i did it body-on ( a real bastard), but body-off it would be a piece of cake. ?
