Hi Asad, Thanks for asking. I didn't bother using it for now, as I didn't want to spend some cash on a new idle cut off valve only to find out the engine was too far gone. So I just used another Brazilian 30 pict. They seem to be almost the same. There are just some small areas/parts that differ. I guess that is why it had an "S" appendage.
Once I swapped the carbs, the engine fired up and idled pretty well. It's missing some cooling tin, so I just shut it off after a few seconds so I won't fry it. Hopefully, I'll get the cooling tin by January and will do some real testing. I'll give you an update and possibly some pics of the carb and engine.
