Thom, '59 was the last year for the steel wiring conduit tubes in the bottom of the headlight buckets. I've made several up for welding onto fenders that are rusted-out there, or don't have them. They're also available in a few other websites, I've noticed. I'm restoring a '59 euro ragtop bug, and I only had to weld-in one of my front fenders.
