Volks, I have cleaned and repainted the stock air cleaner on my German-spec 1970 beetle 1500. But the one shown in the Owner's Manual has a big ol' rectangular sticker on the front -- and a little part-number sticker, even. Sadly, the big sticker isn't legible.
