Thanks, Ron -- I did so, and found that they're an authorized TMI dealer (also say they carry a number of other respectable lines). It's the company itself I don't know. Like, do they actually carry adequate stock? How's their handling of errors, complaints, advice, etc.? You know -- all the usual customer-service kinds of things, plus are they For Real?
