i made up a kit. 2 pipe taps,drill,air fitting to screw into block and
housing to put on end of air hose,drill and all. want to borrow kit?

First, its good to see you still on the list, I remember getting a lot of
solid information from you.
Did you use a 37/64 and a tapered reamer, or did you drill out 9/16ths. I
ordered the full flow kit and instructions from Gene Berg so I suppose I
should wait for the instructions, But I wouldn't know where to get a 37/64th
bit or a reamer, home heating supply store?. If I had a truck I'd just take
the engine to a machine shop but... So I'm hoping a 9/16ths will do it. I
guess I'd just have a bigger hunk of material to remove at the start of the
hole.
