Did you fix the wiper issue? That is powered off of fuse 1. The ignition wire is not fused, but comes off the power side of fuse 1 which is why it starts. Perhaps your 12 to 6 volt inverter is shorted. You also have brake lights, horn, and emergency flasher off of fuse 1.
