What is that supposed to do to it? I wish I could control the mix better, as I almost made my ATM pin something I would've never known, getting in the wrong digit. I usually try to use Skype to deal with automated Systems, but this one must be done from my registered home phone, which is the IPhone and not my Skype in line.

I found out that if you want to avoid the sensor, go from the right
side of the face where the blluetooth and battery strength is and
flick left.

There are two answers to this question. First use headphones when on a call that will require you to dial numbers. The second answer is that when you take the phone away from your head it should go into the speaker phone mode. When the phone is in speakerphone mode you can hear voiceover and can access the dial pad. The problem some people run into when using the phone this way is that near the top of the phone where the speaker is when you're listening to it as a regular phone there is a sensor that detects the presence of your face. This make sure you don't accidentally press numbers while holding the phone to your head. If you accidentally cover the censor the speaker phone will turn off and you will not be able to use voice over anymore.
Hope this helps

i have searched the archives for a resolution to my query. Not having
found a satisfactory explanation, I am asking this again.

During a call with my iPhone 4S, how do I punch in numbers on the
phones touch screen?

Thank you and many blessings!
