Hey Everyone, I did not read this entire thread, so please pardon me if I'm repeating old information.
So, this app can do more than just present you with an bluetooth on/off button. The app can actually toggle bluetooth on or off each time you launch the app. So, it's a very quick way to turn bluetooth on and off. However, the switch that enables this feature is not visible to voiceover, you'll need vision to turn on the switch. You get to this switch by going into the setting app, and finding the "on off" app in the list of apps, and double tapping on that. There will then be a switch to turn on which can be seen, but voiceover doesn't know about it. If you can turn off voiceover and then turn on the switch, either because you have enough vision to do this yourself or you got some help, then every time you launch the "on off" app, you'll hear an alert tone and then the app will exit.
