Hello Christopher. You are right of course, I guess I should have said
the Bluetooth range on the iPhone is around 25-30 feet or 10 meters.
*smile*. I just didn't want to get too technical. Also, since I wasn't
totally sure on some of the technicalities, I didn't want to bluff my
way through this.
Take care.

Not to split hairs, but there are different blue tooth classes that
support from 1M to 100M. I'm assuming the iPhone is a class B device,
which would be 10M though, so this point really is moot. Sorry for the
static.
BTW, at one point I did have a bluetooth dongle from Logitech that
supported a range of up to 100M, and it was nice because I could listen
to music digitally on my bluetooth headphones almost anywhere in my house.

I was wondering that myself, but I think it's to allow you to have
Bluetooth chats with others in the bluetooth range. If that's the case
it's kind of useless because Bluetooth has a range of around 10 meters
or 30 feet.

That will be very useful.
Wonder if we should ask for other settings to be included?
What is the chat button there? Would I be right in guessing that the
chat may work on apps such as FaceBook?

Will someone explain why or how this app could be used?

Hi Paula,
Thanks for this. Works as advertised. I thought this feature was
to be
implemented into Siri, but since that hasn't happened yet, I
grabbed this
app.
