Hello, Yes, rotor options are added fairly regularly on updates. I check the rotor every time a new update comes out.
One way to figure out what options do is to select the option, turn the rotor to it whilst navigating, and use a vertical flick to see what happens. Many of the options are web page element navigation options. Vertical navigation is for home screens to fully navigate the screen relationally with vertical as well as horizontal flicks.
