Hi. I had to change my Apple ID because Time Warner Cable discontinued service to my apartment complex, and my Apple ID was tied to that now defunct roadrunner Email address. I successfully changed the Apple ID on my computer and in the cloud, and I can sign into iTunes and the App store on my computer. However, my iPhone 4GS continues to show the old Apple ID so I cannot get into the App store on my iPhone. I've synced, both wirelessly and through USB, eliminated the old Email address, and done everythiiiiing else I can think of, but I cannot edit or delete the old ID on my iPhone in order to get into the Apps store. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm all out of ideas.
Also, what is the 800 number for Apple tech support? I remember seeing a post about it on this list, but I searched the archives and could not find it. My Email is <[email protected]>, and I would appreciate any help with this. I have five apps waiting to be updated. Thanks so much.
