Wow. I never heard of a cable company discontinuing one building unless the manager signed some exclusive agreement with someone else. I was scared that we have dish in this building, but the manager had it run alongside Charter. If they took charter out of here, I would probably be stuck with 3G because the entry system is one of those all the lines pass through before hitting AT&T, likely precluding DSL. Anyways, I think the store settings and Icloud should let you sign out.

Hello Dave, Apple's number you want is 1-877-204-3930. As to your id question, what happens if you choose the log off option from the settings > Store section? If you choose log off or sign out, I forget how it's worded, perhaps this will allow you to sign in with your new id.
