Hi Christobal, There is no problem to use whatever Skype Id you want on your iPhone and iPad. You can, if you wish, sign in on both devices with either your business or personal Id at the same time or you can use a different Skype Id on each device. If you travel with a friend and he or she wants to use their Skype Id to make a call you can just sign out of your account on one of your devices and they can sign in with theirs.
I don't know if you have been using Skype on your iPhone so far, but you will have a much bigger issue with the fact that the DialPad and chat history are entirely inaccessible and if you like to use Skype with a subscription and use it to call phone numbers and if you care about accessibility, I suggest you add your voice to that of those who are trying to tell the Skype development team that accessibility should be something they pay attention to.
