Of course, why not?
One skype app doesn't know or care what another one is doing.

Hello list,
I'll be getting an iPad next week and was wondering as I'll have
both an iPad and iPhone, can one be signed into Skype with different
user names on each device without any sort of conflict?
I am signed into Skype on my phone with my business account and
Skype telephone number and wanted to use my iPad for a personal
Skype account for friends and family. Is this possible without
having any issues with synchronizing across multiple devices and whatnot?
Is there perhaps a Skype alternative that one can use on the iPad?
I've heard of QIK that I guess is produced by Skype, but am not
familiar with it.
Thanks,
Cristobal
