I can give you the directions, but it didn't work.
Go to the clock. Tap on timer. Choose how long you want the timer to be in
hours and minutes. Tap end timer. At that point, you are supposed to see
iPod. All I saw were the choices of alarm tones. If you do see iPod sleep,
press that, then start.
