Does such a thing exist? if not, it should. How many times haven't we seen a post come across here where someone asks for instructions on how to use an app? Usually one or more of our well informed and helpful members will post a detailed set of instructions which I end up archiving since I know I'll need to refer to it at some point. A great ezample of this would be the instructions for Prismo.
I think it would be great if there was a website, like applevis, where such helpful instructions can be posted so that users can easily find them if needed.
