Hi Ioana, You're right that if you need to do a restore because of bugs, restoring from a backup could re-introduce those bugs. However, if your phone has been working okay and you get a new one, restoring the new one from a backup shouldn't cause any problems, and it's the only way to get all your old app data onto your new phone. I did this when I got a 4S, and I had no problems.
