HI. whereever there is a text field there wil be a dictate button bottom left of the screen if you have the phone in portrait. double tap the dictate button and say what you want to say. You can add punctuation if you like. Then either double tap the dictate button again or double tap with 2 fingers. the iphone will say thinking and then insert your text.
