Hello Daniel. Yes, it's extremely old, but have you actually tried them
out? Apple uses the Dragon engine for the dictation. I dictate all the
time, and yes, these all work.

Hi, in addition to what others have said, you can speak your punctuation
such as saying comma for a , and period for a . You can say new paragraph
for 2 returns. The below link gives a lot of neat things you can do and say
when dictating. One of my favorites is you can say smiley or frowney and the
proper symbols will appear.
