I know this has nothing to do with nothing but, what a rip off. Why should you pay for that? Its because of their bad coverage that you need the thing in the first place. They should be paying you to use it. Your easing congestion on their network. To be honest, I just would have went to a carrier that provided coverage in my home. They would have no choice but to let me out of my contract.
