I don't remember how much more per month we pay for the service, but it is worth it. We live in a little pocket where we will never have good coverage. We also have all of our relatives with AAT and T service authorized to call from our house. You can register up to ten users. The coverage is advertised for up to 5000 square feet which is less than 100 feet from your unit. I get coverage at the end of our lane which is 500 feet away. Not bad at all. Another advantages is that you get unlimited minutes when you call via your home unit. Why not, it saves AT and T tower time.
