Hello Jennifer,
In iTunes you will need to make sure that your iPhone is the item
within the sources list that is in focus. Then hit the tab key until you come
to the Apps checkbox and then hit the space bar to select it. Then you need to
hit tab again and you will come a list of all of the apps on you iPhone, hit
tab again and you should come to an area that will say something like Apps that
can share files with itunes.. Arrow down to Downcast and then hit the tab key
again and you will come to the place where you put the files that you want to
share with Downcast. Just hit the add button and then add the files, once you
have done this the only thing left to do is to synche your phone and then from
Downcast on the phone you can import the files into Downcast.
I hope that this isn't to confusing, if you need more help just let me
know.
