Hi Ed, No, I'm totally with you here. If something's simply "hard" to use, but is usable, then I agree we should not simply say it's "inaccessible." But when I tried it on my PC with JAWS 13, it literally was completely inaccessible and none of the methods I tried (JAWS convenient OCR, the JAWS cursor, etc) made any difference.
Can you elaborate a bit? Suppose you needed to wipe your iPhone, or set up a passcode. How, briefly, would you do that?
