Hello Debbie, If you go to the App Store on your iPad, you can search for and download the Find My iPhone app. I have never used it but I have heard that it is accessible.

If you have the ability to get to another iPod/iPad/iPhone, you can use the Find my iPhone/iPad/iPod app that Apple has made for this ability. You would just log-in with your iCloud.com info and you could restrict access or erase your phone or even use the GPS to find your phone.
