Hi Kerry,
Since the iPad screen is a bit larger, it's easier for me to learn the layout 
of the Email screen, locate the Email and then use the  2 finger swipe down to 
read.  Then find where the Delete, Reply or Move buttons are by touching the 
screen.  Moving around the mail screen is difficult with jestures. It's a bit  
faster with a BT keyboard, but only a little. Pete
