Do you mean in the to field?

When I open draftpad and write something, there's
an action button that presents a menu that includes clear all text,
copy text, email, sms and maybe something else, I can't recall at the
moment. If I click the email option, I am presented with a to field, a
cc field and a message body.

I got the subject to go into the subject field of the email by doing
what Jane suggested and writing the subject followed by two returns
then the body of the email.

All in all, I would say it's a nice little editor and very accessible.
