You need to put the subject of the email on the first line. Then hit
enter twice and put the rest of the text unerneath.

The only marginally accessible app that will allow you to edit Word
documents is Pages.
It is only marginally accessible in my experience. Not worth the $9.99
unless you can use it with vision.

format, I want to find something that will work with Doc and DocX since
reading by paragraph is smoother with VoiceOver using those file
