The developer just updated it to make it voiceover friendly. I guess it depends what you want from a rss reader. I like this one because of it's simplicity & organization. I can have category groups such as news, tech, business, then a list of sources under each category. There is a free version, so you can give the app a whirl. The paid version, which is only $.99 allows you to create more groups.
