Ok, I kind of know how to do this on a mac, but that's not an option right now. I'm using a windows 7 machine, 32 bit, Jaws 11, and the latest version of iTunes. Also my iPhone 4, running the latest OS update. Now, how do I make a complete backup of my iPhone? 2. I have several files, that are already the ringtone format, how do I get them from a compact flash drive, where I put them just for storage, into iTunes? 3. How do I get music into iTunes, so I can then synch it, and get my music onto it. There was a post earlier, saying to put music in a folder, called automatically put into iTunes, or something to that effect. I need very detailed, very simple directions please? I hope this isn't off topic for this list, but I'm hoping it isn't, since my ultimate goal is to get these things onto my iPhone.
