Hi I don't have experience with jaws 11 and iTunes but that aside, the basic iTunes interface in windows is very similar to how you would be use to it on the mac. For example to add music you can just go to the file menu and arrow down to add folder. Btw you have the same "add to iTunes automatically" folder on your mac as well. You will find it in the iTunes Media folder. If you like you can just dump the ringtones and music straight into this folder and they will all be aded to the iTunes library ready for syncing to the phone.
