Hello. The part that is not allowed is talking about having the beta and disclosing things which are not supposed to be disclosed due to the NDA the developers must sign. Of course everyone will speculate as to what is going on and what will be offered with the new beta. However nothing is concrete and if someone is discussing what is actually available in the beta and their experiences with it, I do not think this is technically allowed by apple and so will not be allowed here either. I hope this clears things up.
