Rob will be able to tell you a lot more about this, but no, you do not
need itunes installed to use copytrans. it does require the drivers
though, which he has an archive of or you can get them from the itunes
installer package.
Take care.

Hello Listers,
I justjoined the list. I already have a question.
I just got my new IPhone 4s on saturday. I am wanting to Transfer music on to
it. I don't want to use ITunes to do so. I want to use the program called
CopyTrans manager. How ever I am curious. Do you have to have had ITunes
previously installed on your system? Before trying to use CopyTrans manager? Or
can I just install CopyTrans manager with out having ITunes installed on my
system? Running windows 7 home 64 bit and jaws 12.
Thanks
Michael
