I don't remember what the extras are. I know there was one that gave
traffic reports. I don't know how accessible they might be.
When you bought Navigon, you paid for a bunch of maps. Have you downloaded
them all. For example, I got the eastern US. That includes lots of maps.
I have only downloaded the ones I will use. You shouldn't need the extras
to get the maps you need.
I'm sorry I don't know more about the extras.

again. The extras included in the app are they worth having? I believe the
cost is $20.00 and with the new upgrade there are five maps. I travel quite
a bit for work so being able to navigate other areas then my home state
could be useful, especially if I am trying to guide a driver not from the
area.

You need to double tap the maps you want to download, and then there's a
download button near the bottom of the screen I believe.

can't seem to get past the map manager page.
Recently someone posted a really good explanation of how to use this app. I
thought I saved it but I can't find it now, of course. Can someone either
point me to that post in the archives, or give me a brief overview so I can
